Mini Biography

Gertrude Kimball was traveling with her husband, Edwin Nelson Kimball, and they boarded the Titanic at Southampton, England, on Wednesday, 10th April, 1912, traveling to Boston, Massachusetts.

Edwin Nelson Kimball and Gertrude Kimball both managed to board lifeboat No. 5, and they survived the sinking of Titanic.

Gertrude Kimball died on the 21st March, 1962, and she was buried in Newton Cemetery and Crematory, Newton, Middlesex County, Massachusetts, U.S.A., the same place that her husband, Edwin Nelson Kimball, is also buried.
