A five-course meal consisting just of puddings sounds like heaven for dessert fans.
Add in the fascinating historical element that they were the last things eaten by passengers on the doomed ship Titanic, and this is a foodie event with a difference.
It has been devised by Ali Imdad, who rose to fame as a contestant on Great British Bake Off in 2013 and who now runs Artisan dessert parlour on Ladypool Road in Sparkbrook, Birmingham.
He is a Titanic enthusiast who has been researching the food served on the ship which sank in 1912.
For the first time in more than a century, he will be recreating all the desserts from the last day of the voyage, from the first, second and third class restaurants
