Several local organizations will hold a day's worth of events about the Titanic on Saturday, July 28.

The events will start at 11 a.m. at the Norwalk Library at 1 Belden Ave. with Norwalk Reads' Free Book Fair, featuring a giveaway of Stewie the Duck Learns to Swim.

State troubadour Tom Callinan will perform "Songs & Tales of Ships & Whales" at the library at noon.

From there the festivities move to Mill Hill Historic Park on East Wall Street at 12:45 p.m. to get started on the Letterboxing Trail.

At 1 p.m., the event moves to 100 Water St. for "Boats Afloat," to see the Norwalk Police department boat. At 2 p.m., the event goes to Rex Marine's small boat and dive shop, and at 3 p.m., when the oyster boats return, it will go to Hillard Bloom Shellfish's dock at 132 Water Street.
