Aly Jones, you have a good subject about the robot which was probing about inside the Ship,I would presume damage was done. But the subject of the Ship breaking in two when it did it,s final plunge was not the end of the Ship,s destruction because now it is not only nature but interferance by man. That means your computer is not showing his post for some reason. He posted a YouTube video of Cameron's expedition into the Turkish Baths, but who is to say that was Cameron's first expedition there? The window could have been damaged sometime previously, don't you think?

I find your statements still astonishing! Were is the window which you are speaking of???? There is no window which was damaged at or around the Turkish Bath! You have even no idea what was done in what expedition. Or who did what. Instead you raised false claims and lies you hear or read somewhere!

I think you guys are being a lil hard on Cameron about where the ship broke apart.. You have to remember that the 3rd funnel housing is not on the stern it sits a mile away where the double bottom sits, which wasn't found until after the movie was made. And lets be honest here, he admits he made a mistake and thought hard about changing it in the rerelease but decided against it.. As for the Turkish baths i don't remember him going through a window if I am not mistaken he went down a staircase to get to them, and the only thing he hit was a rusticle in one of the rooms. Plus i doubt one of his rovs would damage a window since they were built specifically to fit through them so he could get deeper in the ship.

HI,

Why did Cameron go through a huge door and still manage to hit the side? The door entrance were big enough, right? for a clear move In. Just seems that Cameron did not really took care and moved In regardless with no respect for the ship.IMHO.

I think i know where you are talking about, the door right before he got into the baths right? If that is the door it was not all that big it had been crushed down and he thought he had come to a dead till he noticed a small hole his rov could get through.. And as for him having no respect for the wreck i have to call BS on that one half the stuff we have seen of the inside of the ship comes from his ROV"S and Cameron loves the Titanic as much as you or me, or he wouldn't push a multi million ROV into tight places to see things like the Turkish baths.. and if you watch him when he gets into places like that he is like a kid in a candy store..

Aly
they were hanging down from the ceiling. He even says on the show that they were hanging down and he hit one by accident and he hoped it didn't cloud up the room.

I'd like to point out that Last Mysteries of the Titanic was filmed during Cameron's 2005 expedition and that the claim I read held that he damaged the ship during the filming of his movie in the 90s.

Hello. Was just wondering why it seems to be "Have a go at James Cameron" week. He has shown us more about Titanic than any one else has (apart from Harland and Wolff of course). Ken

Hah, I just feel like he could have had more respect for the real story of Titanic rather than introducing a story that in reality, never could have happened because third class passengers weren't allowed in first class areas. I have no issue with love stories, but I feel like he could have had an equally beautiful one had he used Leo and Kate to play Mr. and Mrs. Straus in their younger days and then told their story about what happened on the ship. I hold him responsible for so many people believing that Rose and Jack were real and not caring about the real story. I also hold him responsible for that family having to clear off their loved one's grave of a bunch of trash because idiot people think Jack is buried there, and I'm still waiting to be shown evidence that he did not damage the ship in his 1990s expeditions to the wreck site because like I have said, I have ZERO problem being wrong about any of this and ZERO problem changing my opinion of him if I am offered such evidence. lol

Also, before people attack me, everyone is entitled to their own opinions and I hold the same opinion about other historical fiction movies. Pearl Harbor was made to be a love story too when it ISN'T. It's a WAR story where 845783475894 people died. Just saying.
