Titanic Myths, Titanic Truths

Over the years I've become noted for not adhering to the conventional wisdom. Recently, I realized that it was difficult to connect my ideas together because they are spread over this forum and others. So, I created a modest new book, "Titanic Myths, Titanic Truths." It is available through Amazon as a print-on-demand softback. The price is deliberatly modest to ease wallet pain. Those who have been following my posts will find little new here. The book just puts everything between two covers. And, those who support the conventional wisdom are warned they probably shouldn't bother with this new book to avoid appoplectic fits.

Readers of "Titanic Myths, Titanic Truths" will discover that I appear to be arguing with myself because much of what I say now differs from my earlier book, "The Last Log Of The Titanic." This is true. I am arguing with myself. Never fear, however, I won the argument.

You won't need to defend your book on here because members will use your book as a 'quote' or a 'reference'. Don't you trust your research? cause many do trust you.

And quite a few don't Aly, and Captain David is well aware of it. I trust that he has good reasons for coming to the conclusions he makes and others differ, also for their own good reasons. I suspect in the end he cares less about whether or not you agree with him as much as he cares quite a bit about whether or not somebody actually thinks about these things.

Waaaaayyyyyy too many people don't and that's a big problem.

David brown is a researcher and a captain of a passenger liner! Thats huge! That's something to respect.

Many people are like me, what ever they read they believe. We don't have Vedieo of titanics sinking, damage ect...so professional book writers are our next best thing. It's just to bad we have men today that wrote the book about the insurance swap theory that gives book writers a bad name.

And I know David is working hard at researching for his books because he does not post as much as the rest of us. Prove that he does real hard research on his books.

I think Captain Dave woud be greatly surprised to find out that he's running a passeger liner.
