Night lights.

Hello. On the older forum I posted a "What are they" question about something that was visable in a few pictures at Harland and Wolff during the building of Titanic. They turned out to be lights on very tall posts. Looking at "Titanic in Pictures" I now see that they are every where even inside buildings. There are two in the loft where drawings of Titanic were being done. Ken.
