This has been is my family since it was bought, it is a shame to sell it but I would like it to go to someone who would really appreciate it!

Looks good! It includes a rather nice photo of Captain Smith's wife and daughter.

Readers should note that this book was published by Lloyd's Weekly News, a cheap and sensational rag that had no connection with Lloyds of London. It's not at all authoritative. In 1985 Lloyds of London reprinted it. At the time they thought Lloyd's Weekly News was a rival nautical publisher but they were wrong.

Hello. It was a copy of this that was for sale at Aldridges auction sale last year that had been the property of officer Pitman. It sold for just £40. It turned up again at the sale in March and sold for £100. Ken.
