Archibald Gracie boarded the Titanic at Southampton, England, on Wednesday, 10th April, 1912, traveling to Washington, D.C..

Archibald Gracie managed to board lifeboat Collapsible B, and survived the sinking of the Titanic.

Archibald Gracie died of a diabetic coma on 4th December, 1921, and was buried in Woodlawn Cemetery Bronx Bronx County New York.
