Annie May StengelAnnie May Stengel was traveling with her husband, Charles Emil Henry Stengel, and they boarded the Titanic at Cherbourg, France, on Wednesday, 10th April, 1912, traveling to Newark, New Jersey.

Charles Emil Henry Stengel managed to board lifeboat No. 1, whilst Annie May Stengel boarded lifeboat No. 5, and they both survived the sinking of Titanic.

Annie May Stengel died on the 22nd January, 1956, and she was buried in Fairmount Cemetery, Newark,Essex County, New Jersey, U.S.A., the same place that her husband, Charles Emil Henry Stengel, was also buried.
