Albert Mallet was traveling with his wife, Antonine Marie Mallet, their young son, André Clement Mallet, and Emile Phillippe Richard. They all boarded Titanic at Cherbourg, on Wednesday, 10th April, 1912, and were bound for Montreal, Quebec, Canada.

Albert Mallet and Emile Phillippe Richard were both lost in the sinking, and their bodies were not recovered, but both Antonine Marie Mallet and André Clement Mallet managed to board lifeboat 10, and survived the sinking.
